New Wave Group acquires ON Interiör
New Wave Group has, by way of an asset acquisition, acquired ON Interiör’s business, including the trademarks ByON, Victorian and Vakinme. The new owner of the business is New Wave Group AB's subsidiary Sagaform AB.
Through the acquisition, New Wave Group and Sagaform strengthen their position on the interior decoration market with a new set of strong brands with a supplementary and high-quality product portfolio. In addition to being sold to the retail market, a large portion of the product portfolio is well-suited for distribution on the Corporate market. The annual revenue of the acquired brands is approximately SEK 45 million.
Further, starting on January 1, 2020, Christer Hallberg will start as new CEO of Sagaform AB.
